The brazing process of a vacuum brazing furnace is usually divided into four stages: preheating, heating, heat preservation and cooling.In the preheating stage, the temperature in the brazing furnace gradually increases so that the brazing material and the welded material reach the same temperature.During the heating phase, the temperature in the brazing furnace continues to rise until the brazing material melts and merges with the welded material.In the insulation stage, the temperature in the brazing furnace is maintained within a certain range to ensure the quality and stability of the brazing joint.During the cooling phase, the temperature in the brazing furnace gradually decreases until the brazing head cools to room temperature.

Its working principle is to achieve the purpose of brazing by heating the brazing material to a high temperature state, melting it and fusing it with the welded material.

Its precautions：

All local applicable safety regulations and accident prevention rules must be complied with.The equipment and any adjacent operating range must only be accessible by authorized and trained personnel.

The equipment must be operated under safe and technical error-free conditions.The operating temperature cannot be exceeded.Only the gas (nitrogen) specified in the contract can be introduced into the furnace.

Nitrogen can cause suffocation!Therefore, the discharged nitrogen must be discharged directly from the furnace into the external atmosphere, and must not be discharged directly into the enclosed plant.During the inflation process, no one shall stand in front of the furnace body and the furnace cover.

If a possible dangerous situation occurs, the equipment must be turned off immediately.Especially the switch of the inflatable cylinder!
