Electroslag Refining Furnace

The Electro Slag Remelting (ESR) Furnace is the ultimate solution for special alloy steel production. This specialized smelting equipment utilizes the heat generated by remelting current to melt consumable electrodes inserted into a slag pool. The metal melt drops are purified by the slag liquid before crystallizing into high-quality electroslag ingots within a water-cooled crystallizer.
