1The water of the intermediate frequency power supply, the cooling water source of the vacuum furnace body, and the induction coil-the reservoir must be filled with water, and there must be no impurities in the water.

2Start the water pump to make the intermediate frequency power supply, the induction coil of the vacuum furnace, and the water wheel of the cooling system of the furnace body return to normal, and adjust the water pressure to control it at the specified value.

3Check the vacuum pump power supply system, the belt disc belt tightness, and whether the vacuum pump oil is located in the middle line of the oil seal observation hole.After the inspection is completed, manually roll the belt disc of the vacuum pump. If there is no abnormality, the vacuum pump can be started with the butterfly valve closed.

4Check the condition of the vacuum furnace body, and require first-level hygiene in the vacuum furnace body, good insulation of the induction coil, elasticity of the sealing vacuum tape, and qualified size.

5Check whether the lever handle of the vacuum furnace body is flexible to start.

6Check whether the rolling Mai's vacuum gauge meets the requirements.

7Check whether the graphite crucible and furnace accessories are complete.

8After the above preparatory stop, turn on the power supply, close the intermediate frequency power supply, and try to start the frequency conversion according to the intermediate frequency start rules. After success, stop the frequency conversion before the furnace can be turned on.

9The observation and temperature measurement holes on the upper cover of the vacuum furnace body need to be cleaned every time the furnace is opened for observation and temperature measurement.

10When installing the furnace, the corresponding furnace installation method should be adopted according to different sintered products.The plates are loaded according to the relevant material loading rules, and may not be changed at will.

11In order to maintain a constant temperature and prevent thermal radiation, two layers of carbon fiber are added to the fever crucible, and then a heat insulation screen is covered.

12Pad the vacuum sealing tape.

13Manipulate the lever handle, roll the top cover of the vacuum furnace and the furnace body closely and intimately, put down the top cover, and lock the fixing nut.

14Open the butterfly valve drape and pump the air from the furnace body until the vacuum reaches the specified value.

15After the vacuum degree reaches the delineation requirements, start the frequency conversion, adjust the intermediate frequency power, and manipulate according to the sintering delineation of the relevant material; heat up, keep warm and cool.

16After the sintering is completed, stop the frequency conversion, press the stop frequency conversion switch, the inverter stops working, disconnect the intermediate frequency power switch and disconnect the power switch.

17After observing the blackening of the furnace from the observation hole of the furnace body, first close the butterfly valve of the vacuum pump and disconnect the current of the vacuum pump, then connect the tap water to the cooling induction coil and the furnace body, and finally stop the water pump.

18The intermediate frequency voltage of 750 volts is at risk of electric shock.During the entire operation and inspection process, pay attention to the safety of operation and do not touch the intermediate frequency power cabinet with your hands.

19During the sintering process, observe whether the induction coil has arc release from the observation hole on the side of the furnace body at any time. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, the relevant staff should be instructed to deal with it immediately.

20Start the vacuum butterfly valve slowly, otherwise it will run out of oil due to excessive pumping, which will have adverse consequences.

21Use the rolling Mai's vacuum gauge accurately, otherwise it will cause errors in the vacuum reading or cause mercury to overflow due to excessive manipulation and cause public hazards.

22Pay attention to the safe operation of the vacuum pump belt disc.

23When padding the vacuum sealing tape and covering the top cover of the furnace body, pay attention to prevent hand pressure.

24Under the premise of vacuum, workpieces or containers that are easily volatile and affect vacuum hygiene, cause clogging of pipelines and dirty vacuum pumps shall not be allowed to enter the furnace.

25Where the product is added with a forming agent (such as oil or paraffin wax), it must be taken off before it can be sintered in the furnace, otherwise it will cause adverse consequences.

26During all sintering processes, pay attention to the pressure range of the water meter and the circulation of the cooling water to avoid accidents.
