Introduction to the basic details of vacuum quenching furnace

1. The vacuum quenching furnace is suitable for the solution treatment of parts of large and medium-sized vacuum products in a timely manner.

2. Vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is a very advanced vacuum heat treatment equipment. Its excellent performance and unique design provide high-precision parts of high-speed steel, mold steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other alloy materials with vacuum bright quenching, annealing, sintering of magnetic materials, rapid cooling and other characteristics.

3. A vacuum quenching furnace composed of a heating furnace cover and a mobile chassis.

4. A crane is installed on the top of the square (or round) furnace, and the material basket can be hoisted to the furnace by chain and hook.

5. The furnace cover is supported by shaped steel, and there is a pneumatic (or electric) operated furnace door at the bottom.

6. The chassis under the furnace cover can be moved and positioned along the track, and the chassis is equipped with a quenching sink and a material basket.

7. During the production process, move the material basket on the chassis to directly below the furnace cover, open the furnace door, put down the chain and hook, lift the material basket into the furnace, close the furnace door and heat it.

8. To quench on the ground, first move the sink on the chassis directly below the furnace cover, then open the furnace door, put down the chain, and quench the material basket (workpiece) into the water.
