To optimize the monitoring sensitivity of the ladle pre-heater, it is crucial to ensure that the controller cable is not intertwined with other power plugs or power lines during installation. This precaution helps maintain accurate signal transmission and prevents interference.

Additionally, several common operational questions must be addressed to ensure smooth functioning:

  1. Remote Monitoring and Resistor Adjustment: In cases where the camera is used for remote monitoring and the contact resistance of the bow-shaped wire is high, there is a risk of false ignition in the absence of an actual flame. To resolve this, open the module and gradually adjust the resistor in the middle in the reverse direction until the red indicator light turns off and the relay releases. Once this adjustment is complete, close the module cover.

  2. Avoid Over-adjustment: It is important to exercise caution during the adjustment process to prevent over-rushing, which can compromise the monitoring sensitivity. Gradual and precise adjustments are key to achieving optimal performance.

  3. Proper Power Connection and Activation: After installation and correct wiring, turn on the switch power supply and ensure that the power indicator light illuminates. On the control panel of the control cabinet, switch the power to the working position, and the operation indicator light should illuminate, indicating that the system is ready for use.

  4. Flame Signal Monitoring: When a flame data signal is detected, the corresponding light indicator illuminates. Conversely, in the absence of a flame signal, the fire indicator light extinguishes, and the light control alarm activates, alerting operators to the absence of a flame.
