1. Clear the furnace

Every time a furnace product is produced, the furnace must be cleaned, the silicon carbide decomposition layer must be cleaned to the yellow material part, or all new materials must be replaced in accordance with the regulations.Generally, the graphitization furnace should be replaced once in half a year of use.Do not mix graphitized coke with old materials when cleaning the furnace, otherwise emery will be produced when using graphitized coke.

2. Furnace installation

The furnace core is an important part of the ZUI of the graphitization furnace.The product is both the heating resistance and the object to be heated. Whether the furnace is installed appropriately or not has an impact on the graphitization yield, quality, power consumption and yield.

3. Power transmission, cooling and unloading of graphitization furnace

After the furnace installation is over, cover the exhaust hood, hang the bus bars on both sides of the bottom of the furnace, connect the conductive electrode and the bus bars through the knife gate switch, and notify the substation to power on according to the prescribed power.After energizing, the temperature of the conductive electrode gradually increases, and as the temperature of the conductive electrode increases, a large water valve is gradually opened to cool the conductive electrode.

At the end of the power-on of the graphitization furnace, the core and surrounding temperature should be measured in time, and the temperature distribution required by the regulations should be met.Generally, the furnace temperature is measured as the temperature of the edge part of the furnace core, and the temperature of the center part of the furnace core is much higher than that of the edge part of the furnace core.When producing high-purity graphite, the insulation layer of the furnace core is thicker and more electricity is required, so the temperature of the furnace core is much higher than that of ordinary graphite electricity, and the temperature can reach about 2800℃.After the power failure, it will be cooled for 3 to 6 days according to the size of the furnace.
