A sintering furnace refers to a special equipment that enables the powder billet to obtain the required physical and mechanical properties and microstructure through sintering.The vacuum sintering and degreasing integrated furnace is mainly used for the degreasing and sintering of cemented carbide, powder stainless steel, magnetic materials, special ceramics, refractory metals and alloys (tungsten, molybdenum, tungsten copper alloy) and other materials.

 

The main principle of vacuum sintering furnace

A vacuum sintering furnace is a furnace that performs protective sintering of heated items in a vacuum environment. There are many heating methods, such as resistance heating, induction heating, microwave heating, etc.Another method of controlling the magnetic saturation core reactor of the sintering furnace, which accurately keeps the temperature constant, is called the control of the magnetic saturation core reactor.Vacuum induction sintering furnace manufacturers are furnaces that use induction heating to perform protective sintering of heated items. They can be divided into power frequency, intermediate frequency, high frequency and other types, which can be classified as subclasses of vacuum sintering furnaces. Vacuum induction sintering furnace is a complete set of equipment that uses the principle of intermediate frequency induction heating to sinter cemented carbide cutter heads and various metal powder presses under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. It is designed for the industrial production of cemented carbide, metal dysprosium, and ceramic materials.

 

There are several detection methods for detecting the lining thickness of the sintering furnace

1. Stress wave method: The stress wave signal is highly sensitive to structural defects. When the stress wave propagates in the medium, such as holes, cracks and other interface discontinuities, reflection, refraction, scattering and mode conversion will occur. The thickness of the cooling wall material can be determined by using the characteristics of the stress wave.Its main components are: electric furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, inlet and outlet mechanism, base, workbench, induction heating device (tungsten heating body and insulation material), power inlet device, intermediate frequency power supply and electrical control system.

2. Capacitance method: The capacitance method is similar to the resistance method. A coaxial circular capacitor sensor is buried inside the lining. The capacitance value corresponds to its length. The thickness of the blast furnace masonry can be determined by measuring the capacitance value.Through these methods, some basic data and performance of the lining have been preliminarily judged and determined, and some general understanding of the general working conditions of the electric furnace has been obtained.
